Record incidents and report irregularities. Support vehicle route and schedule control. Prepare monitoring reports. Previous experience as a Customer Service Center Assistant, Call Center Assistant, Relationship Assistant, or Customer Support Assistant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
