The role entails ensuring efficient service execution, compliance with quality, safety, and environmental standards, and coordination of involved operational and administrative teams. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate operational and administrative departments involved in service delivery; Supervise daily service execution, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, technical standards, and environmental regulations; Monitor, analyze, and report key performance indicators; Identify opportunities for improvement in operational and administrative processes; Serve as the primary point of contact for client relations, ensuring deliverables align with contractual expectations; Manage operational resources, including fleet, personnel, equipment, and supplies. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Driver's license category B; Leadership and problem-solving skills; Strong communication skills; Proficiency in contract writing and interpretation; Familiarity with management tools (Excel, ERP, etc.). **Work Location:** Rio de Janeiro Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$1,00 per month Benefits: * Fuel allowance * Meal allowance * Food voucher * Transportation voucher * Company vehicle Work Mode: On-site
