Handle dynamic routines and support process standardization \*Position: Delivery Logistics Supervisor (DIA)\* Company: Grupo Omotenashi Location: Copacabana – RJ Job Description Grupo Omotenashi is seeking a Delivery Logistics Supervisor to manage and organize the delivery operations at its Copacabana unit. This professional will be responsible for coordinating the motorcycle courier fleet, monitoring the delivery order flow, ensuring delivery efficiency, performing administrative controls, managing logistics information, and supporting order dispatch. The role requires strong organizational skills, operational insight, and the ability to handle dynamic routines, ensuring logistics processes are executed swiftly and in accordance with group standards. Main Responsibilities * Supervise and monitor the motorcycle courier fleet across units * Organize and monitor motorcycle courier shift schedules * Support and monitor delivery order dispatch * Monitor delivery flow to ensure operational agility and organization * Administer logistics-related administrative information * Enter, control, and track data in Excel spreadsheets * Verify documentation and records related to operations * Interface with departments such as Finance and Unit Management * Prepare and organize operational reports for delivery logistics * Support process standardization and delivery operation improvement Requirements * Completed high school education (ongoing higher education is a plus) * Experience in logistics, delivery, or operational team management * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel * Experience in administrative routines and operational control Job Details Work schedule: 6 days on / 1 day off 09:00 to 17:20 Salary: R$ 2\.500,00 Benefits: * Meals provided on-site * Transportation allowance Desired Profile We seek an organized, proactive professional with leadership aptitude, capable of coordinating delivery operations, supervising the motorcycle courier team, and maintaining administrative control over logistics.
