Perform electrical, hydraulic, and civil maintenance **Job Description:** Ensure the proper functioning of Acioly Distribuidora's building facilities by coordinating and executing preventive and corrective maintenance activities on structures, electrical systems, hydraulic systems, and equipment, thereby guaranteeing safety, preservation, and operational efficiency across all units. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; a technical course in electricity, construction, building maintenance, or related fields is a plus. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in building maintenance, preferably within medium- to large-sized companies. * Desired knowledge of electrical, hydraulic, civil, and air-conditioning maintenance; contracting and management of service providers. * Availability to respond to emergency requests outside regular business hours when necessary. **Benefits:** * Company-provided mobile phone; * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts; * Free parking; Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Salary: R$2.000,00 per month
