Here, we value our people by creating opportunities for professional, personal, and intellectual development. **Job Objective** * Responsible for overseeing and optimizing receiving, identification, sorting, picking, palletizing, stretch wrapping, and dispatch operations. Ensuring orders are processed within the company's established standards for quality, productivity, and safety. **Key Responsibilities:** * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) daily, such as productivity, quality, SLA, dispatch rate, and goal achievement. * Analyze operational data to identify deviations, bottlenecks, and process improvement opportunities. * Support operational management by tracking team performance and contributing to production target attainment. * Prepare managerial reports and dashboards to support decision-making. * Resolve operational issues by conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective and preventive actions. * Ensure compliance with Amazon’s safety, quality, and operational standards. * Support training, process standardization, and dissemination of operational best practices. * Monitor operational planning, allocating resources according to demand and order volume. * Ensure a positive customer experience through on-time shipping and adherence to company quality standards. **Position Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Basic English proficiency. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
