Job Summary: We are seeking a Machine Operator to operate centrifugation and drying equipment, ensuring parts are ready for inspection and folding. Key Highlights: 1. Maintain an organized workplace and comply with safety regulations. **About the Opportunity:** We are looking for a **Machine Operator** to operate centrifugation and drying machines for sanitized parts, ensuring they are ready for inspection and folding upon completion of the process. **Responsibilities:** * Remove sanitized parts from washing machines in the clean area. * Load parts into the centrifuge or dryer, respecting the indicated weight limit for each machine. * Monitor the centrifugation or drying process until the cycle is complete. * Remove dried parts from the machines and place them on tables for inspection and folding. * Assist with packaging and loading parts for shipment, as needed. * Complete drying process documentation, such as Level I maintenance records and drying temperature logs. * Perform machine cleaning and minor adjustments per work instructions. * Report potential stoppages, malfunctions, or process deviations to the immediate supervisor. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace. * Properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Follow quality and safety standards and procedures. * Work collaboratively and assist team members as required. **Requirements:** * Completed High School Education * Preferred: Experience with Centrifugation and Drying Machines **Working Hours:** Mon - Fri 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM; Sat 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM **Benefits:** Meal Voucher Productivity Bonus On-site Meal Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
