Job Summary: The professional will control and monitor transportation requests, develop and monitor indicators, manage SLAs, and identify continuous improvement opportunities in logistics processes. Identification of continuous improvement opportunities in logistics processes * Control and monitor transportation requests, including material deliveries and pickups, stock transfers, loading, and operation tracking; * Develop and monitor indicators, operational flows, and fleet-related costs; * Develop, monitor, and analyze managerial reports and logistics operation KPIs; * Manage SLAs for services provided to internal and external customers; * Monitor and resolve operational discrepancies; * Participate in planning meetings and support strategic decision-making for the department; * Identify continuous improvement opportunities in logistics processes and act on problem resolution; * Analyze order and delivery reports; * Monitor orders and ensure compliance with established deadlines; * Control freight and transportation-related costs; * Register, consult, and manage driver information and documentation; * Plan, register, and align transportation routes; * Organize and archive documents and records relevant to the department. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree
