The professional will be responsible for preparing meals according to the established menu, ensuring dish quality and flavor. Responsibilities * Prepare dishes according to menu instructions * Ensure kitchen and utensil hygiene and cleanliness * Monitor ingredient inventory and request replenishment when necessary * Proven experience in à la carte kitchen operations. * Knowledge of food preparation, sanitation, and handling techniques. * Ability to work in a team and under pressure. * Availability to work according to the restaurant's schedule. * Adherence to food safety standards Requirements * Minimum 5 years of prior experience as a chef * Knowledge of culinary techniques and food handling * Ability to work in a team and under pressure * Schedule flexibility * A gastronomy-related course certificate is a plus **Work Location:** Restaurant in the **Pampulha region, Belo Horizonte/MG** **Schedule:** Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00–16:20 — with Mondays and one Sunday per month off!
