Job Summary: Healthcare professional to work in the Quality area, supporting the management and implementation of certification systems, process standardization, and audit follow-up. Monitoring of non-conformities and analysis of indicators Description: * Completed undergraduate degree in Health-related fields. * Knowledge of Sanitary Surveillance legislation; Supplementary Health; Ministry of Health. * Prior experience in Healthcare Services is desirable. * Experience in conducting training sessions. * Experience in implementing/maintaining quality management systems (ONA). * Support the Quality Coordination team in departmental routine activities. * Implement certification standards defined by the Executive Board. * Monitor internal and external audits. * Support process and procedure standardization within Quality Management. * Monitor the non-conformity handling system, document reviews, indicator analysis, risk management, and project management. * Ensure compliance with current procedures, manuals, and instructions within the Quality Management System. * Identify deficiencies in processes, systems, and tasks, promoting awareness among directly involved personnel and departments, aiming to engage them in identifying solutions and implementing corrective actions. * Monitor compliance with applicable regulations and legislation according to departmental and institutional activities. * Perform other tasks related to the Quality Management System, as directed by supervisors. 2512040202181846874
