Responsibilities and Duties: * Reduce the occupational accident rate by 30% within the first 12 months. * Achieve 100% compliance with NR regulations across all audited processes. * Improve safety training efficiency by 25%. * Develop and implement emergency plans that reduce response time by 40%. * Contribute to the company's ISO 45001 certification.
