Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for prospecting healthcare professionals, accompanying multidisciplinary teams, and monitoring service delivery execution, ensuring communication and data updates. Key Highlights: 1. Prospect professionals from various healthcare fields. 2. Accompany multidisciplinary teams and verify service delivery execution. 3. Monitor professionals, request documentation, and formalize information. We seek a communicative, proactive candidate with strong interpersonal skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for prospecting healthcare professionals — such as nutritionists, psychologists, physicians, and speech-language pathologists — according to health plan requirements. They will accompany multidisciplinary teams across various locations, verify service delivery execution, and ensure procedures are performed correctly. They will also monitor professionals’ arrival at service locations, request submission of time sheets and progress notes, and formalize information to relevant departments, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. They must maintain constant communication with the team, support shift scheduling coordination, and contribute to other departmental activities, always adhering to the Confidentiality Agreement and company guidelines.
