Requires proactivity, strong communication skills, and sales aptitude **Speech-Language Pathologist** We are a hearing aid company, founded and developed with a dedicated focus on optimizing our customers' auditory experience. We seek a proactive professional, open to continuous learning, extroverted, with excellent communication skills and sales aptitude. **Responsibilities:** * Conducting hearing aid assessment, recommendation, and fitting. * Selling hearing aids. * Performing clinical audiometry exams. * Following up with hearing aid users. * Preparing medical records, control spreadsheets, and patient management documentation. **Requirements:** * Degree in Speech-Language Pathology with active registration at the professional council. * Preferred: specialization in audiology or currently enrolled in such a program. * Interest in working with elderly patients. * Experience with hearing aids (mandatory minimum: internship in hearing aid prosthetics during undergraduate studies). * Knowledge of hearing aids, including selection, recommendation, and fitting; fabrication of custom ear molds; and conducting audiological tests: audiometry and immittance testing. * Proficiency with computers and spreadsheet software. **Salary:** 4\.500,00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, variable commission (up to R$ 5000,00\) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM; Saturday, 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM. **Location:** Santo Agostinho \- BH
