**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
Technical, administrative, and financial management of agreements and similar instruments, with strong interface with the contracts area.
This position requires organization, analytical vision, and process expertise, which are essential to ensure proper implementation of instruments, legal compliance, and financial control.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the full lifecycle of agreements (formalization, execution, monitoring, and financial reporting);
* Monitor deadlines, validity periods, and contractual obligations;
* Analyze work plans and physical\-financial schedules;
* Track budgetary and financial execution (commitments, payments, balances, and reprogramming);
* Prepare and validate financial reports, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation;
* Organize and maintain up-to-date, structured agreement documentation;
* Support audits, inquiries, and oversight bodies;
* Assist contract management, including team control, administrative obligations, and performance indicator tracking;
* Propose process and internal control improvements.
**What We Expect From You:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Law, Engineering, Accounting, or related fields
* Experience with agreements, administrative contracts, or public sector management
* Knowledge of applicable legislation (Law No. 14\.133/21 and agreement regulations)
* Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency
