Description
Support the engineer in coordinating the Unit's operations, aiming to ensure execution of operational planning and perform operational control of the unit, thereby enabling necessary support for operational development.
**Responsibilities and duties**
Collect daily operational data from the plant (incineration, waste receipt, waste inventory, production, etc.);
Consolidate and validate information from various sources (operations, scales, warehousing, systems, etc.);
Prepare and submit the D\-1 report by the established deadline;
Develop, update, and maintain operational performance indicators (KPIs);
Monitor deviations in indicators and flag inconsistencies or anomalies;
Track volumes of:
Waste receipts, incineration, ash and lime shipments from the process, inventory;
Organize historical data for trend analysis;
Interact with the operations team to ensure the quality of collected information;
Ensure reliability, traceability, and consistency of reported data.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in fields related to industry is desirable;
* Advanced Excel knowledge;
* Power BI and Google Sheets knowledge is desirable;
* Proactive, responsible profile focused on results and with a sense of urgency;
* Innovation-oriented profile, focused on results and self-management;
* Analytical profile, flexible for data collection, process-oriented vision, and critical analysis;
* Critical mindset focused on continuous process improvement and innovation;
* Strong communication skills, ownership attitude, and resilience complement this profile.
