Description
**Responsibilities**
\- Inspect products and manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with specified requirements
\- Conduct inspections during manufacturing processes as defined in process documentation;
\- Evaluate specified product properties in production to identify potential anomalies and report them to responsible departments;
\- Perform measurements using various measuring instruments (ruler, thickness gauge, scale, etc.);
\- Monitor machine preparation and adjustment prior to production start-up and conduct product and process inspections after set\-up;
\- Perform inspections on finished and semi\-finished products as defined in process documentation;
\- Determine approval or rejection of inspected products according to internal specifications;
\- Record all inspections performed and their results;
\- Document non\-conformities identified during production and product release;
\- Segregate and identify non\-conforming products per internal procedures and monitor their disposition;
\- Support involved departments in analyzing and resolving non\-conformities identified during manufacturing and follow up on appropriate immediate actions;
\- Provide support to Quality Management in departmental activities when required;
\- Critically analyze manufacturing processes, identifying the influence of factors (raw materials, labor, machinery, and methods) on product quality and identifying preventive actions to avoid potential issues;
**Requirements:**
Availability to work on a 12x36 shift schedule from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM
Completed high school education; technical or higher education in quality management is a plus;
Relevant experience in quality management.

Compensation: R$2\.800,00 \- R$3\.200,00 per month
