Develop new skills and participate in training programs We are Padaria Pães de Minas, with 23 years of experience in the bakery industry; currently operating 4 stores in Belo Horizonte and its metropolitan region. We are a collaborative team dedicated to doing our best and providing highly attentive customer service. Our mission is to serve our customers well, and we are looking for a **Baker** to manufacture our product range at the **Camargos neighborhood store in Belo Horizonte.** **ATTENTION! Our bakery is located near the Eldorado metro station. Areas closest to our store: Barreiro, Ibirité, Nova Contagem, Betim, Icaivera, Coração Eucarístico, Cabana, Eldorado, Água Branca, Madre Gertrudes, João Pinheiro, Santa Maria, Vila Oeste, Cidade Industrial, Parque São João, Novo Retiro, Darcy Ribeiro.** **Your responsibilities will include:** * Receiving the daily Production Order specifying manufacturing requirements; * Requesting raw materials in required quantities from inventory; * Preparing equipment and baking bread by weighing, measuring, and adding ingredients into machinery (mixer and mixer); * Loading the oven for dough baking; * Using appropriate tools and equipment (knives, "mixer", laminators, molders, ovens, refrigerators, scales, and other resources) while ensuring organization and proper maintenance; * Maintaining order and cleanliness at the workplace and with tools—removing waste and residues, sanitizing floors, surfaces, and used utensils, etc.; * Discarding products unfit for consumption; * Cleaning the production area, machines, and equipment; * Assisting in the training and development of new employees; * Providing customer service, clarifying inquiries and resolving questions as needed; * Ensuring proper use of tools and equipment and wearing personal protective equipment; * Participating in internal and external meetings and training sessions whenever requested and/or for updates and capacity building; * Working conscientiously to avoid waste; **What we expect from you (requirements, experience, soft and hard skills):** · Be over 21 years old. · Completed or currently pursuing high school education; · Availability to work the shift: 5:00 AM to 12:50 PM; · Prior experience as a baker is desirable. · Teamwork, manual dexterity, punctuality, adherence to work procedures, responsibility, and compliance with hygiene and cleanliness rules. **What we offer** · **Compensation: R$ 2500** · Co-participatory Unimed health plan · Dental plan · Pharmacy partnership · Snack Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
