Proactivity, organization, and commitment to quality Job Description: **Position Summary:** The Cook is responsible for preparing and assisting in the preparation of dishes, complying with food safety regulations and the quality standards of Udon Restaurant. The role involves organizing and cleaning the workstation, controlling ingredients and inventory, and preparing dishes according to the menu and house specifications. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare dishes according to the restaurant’s required quality standards and presentation; * Collaborate in the development and preparation of new dishes and recipes, following the Chef’s instructions; * Maintain an organized and clean workstation, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations; * Monitor ingredient usage and storage to prevent waste; * Follow the work schedule and efficiently perform mise en place to ensure prompt service. **Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Cook in restaurants or industrial kitchens; * Experience with à la carte dishes is preferred; * Knowledge of dish preparation and plating techniques; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; * Proactivity, organization, and commitment to quality. **Benefits:** * Medical assistance (employer covers 50% of the monthly fee for the employee, with co-payment deducted from payroll); * Dental assistance (at no cost to the employee); * Fuel allowance or transportation voucher; * Life insurance (at no cost to the employee); * Meals provided at the workplace; * Pharmacy card. **Work Schedule:** * 4:30 PM to 12:50 AM (6-day workweek, 1-day rest) **Compensation:** * Monthly salary of R$2.389,70; * Average monthly commission of R$ 800.00; * Potential for additional earnings. **Work Location:** * Address: Estrada para Nova Lima, No. 421, Belvedere Neighborhood, Belo Horizonte.
