Job Summary: The Bakery Attendant will be responsible for serving customers with friendliness and enthusiasm, preparing products, describing their qualities, and maintaining organization and hygiene. Keep the workplace clean and organized We are **Pães de Minas Bakery**, with 23 years of experience in the bakery industry; currently, we operate 4 stores in Belo Horizonte and its metropolitan area. We are a team that works collaboratively, committed to delivering our best, providing highly attentive service. Our mission is to serve our customers well, and we are seeking a **Bakery Attendant** to support us in customer service. **Your responsibilities will include:** Serving customers with friendliness and enthusiasm while guiding\-them with product information; preparing sandwiches, coffee, juices, and portions for customers at the cafeteria and snack bar; describing product features and benefits during service; suggesting product options; informing customers about in\-store promotions; offering samples; checking daily orders; handling customer complaints and suggestions; packaging, labeling, and verifying that scale\-printed labels contain all required product information; Inspecting merchandise conditions (expiration dates and physical state); keeping the workplace clean, organized, and tidy; performing cleaning and sanitation of food preparation areas, equipment, and utensils; maintaining cleanliness of product display areas (coolers and shelves); Ensuring proper use of utensils and equipment; adhering to Occupational Safety regulations; reporting to the manager any need for restocking or other issues; **What we expect from you (requirements, experience, soft and hard skills):** · Must be at least 18 years old; · High school education in progress or completed; · Enjoy interacting with people; · Customer service experience is desirable; · Prior experience in the food industry is preferred and considered an advantage; **Availability to work the following shifts:** **Afternoon Shift**: Monday to Saturday, 1:40 PM to 9:30 PM; Sunday, 1:30 PM to 9:00 PM **What we offer:** · **Compensation: R$1700.00** · Co\-pay Unimed health insurance; · Dental insurance; · Meal allowance; · Pharmacy discount program; · Complimentary snacks at work; · Partnership with Pratique gym network; Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Salary: Up to R$1\.700,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Are you available to work the shift from 1:40 PM to 9:30 PM?
