Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receiving materials inspection: Physically inspect received materials to verify that quantities and specifications match the invoice and purchase order. * Inspection of returned materials: Inspect returned materials to ensure compliance with acceptance criteria (physical condition, damages, discrepancies, etc.). * Unloading: Unload trucks, ensuring correct volume count, proper organization, and absence of damage upon receipt. * Fiscal documentation inspection: Review fiscal documentation (invoices, DANFEs, and others), verifying data such as quantity, product descriptions, number of volumes, and supplier information. * ERP system invoice registration: Process and register invoices in the ERP system, ensuring accurate entry of receipts and prompt, precise resolution of any discrepancies. * Reporting identified discrepancies: Immediately flag and report any identified discrepancies (quantitative, qualitative, missing items, damaged products, or fiscal errors). * Supporting physical organization of receiving area: Assist in organizing the physical layout of the receiving area, ensuring materials are properly stored until internal movement. * Adhering to standard operating procedures: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety, quality, and compliance regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Experience in Logistics; * Technical logistics course preferred; * Intermediate computer literacy, internet proficiency, and Office suite skills (Word and Excel); * Basic knowledge of invoice inspection; * Basic ERP system knowledge (preferably modules related to receiving or invoice entry); * Basic understanding of cargo handling and storage. **Additional Information** Health insurance Dental insurance Life insurance Meal and food allowance on the same card Breakfast or afternoon snack at physical locations Transportation allowance Total Pass and Wellhub (access to gyms and wellness services) Birthday day off Corporate University Pregnancy support program Psychological, legal, financial, and social counseling program Wedding gift Duo Gourmet Bernoulli Benefits Club: Access to a network of partnerships offering discounts on undergraduate and graduate courses, electricity bills, language courses, and much more—for you and your family Mothers working under hybrid arrangements are fully remote from the 6th month of pregnancy through the child’s first year Fathers working under hybrid arrangements are fully remote from birth through the child’s first six months Data protection changes everything During our candidate selection process for filling open positions, we will use your personal data registered on the Gupy platform.
