Monitoring and maintenance of equipment Description The Production Assistant is responsible for supporting all stages of the production process, ensuring quality, safety, and organization in the workplace, in compliance with company standards and procedures. Main Responsibilities * Monitor and maintain work equipment/instruments, requesting maintenance or calibration whenever necessary; * Perform tasks according to training, instructions, and established procedures; * Adhere to production planning, following cell reports and team leaders' instructions; * Enter maintenance information into the FAS system and request RNC when necessary; * Immediately report any incidents or failures during task execution to the team leader for analysis; * Participate in business trips when required; * Assist in general cleaning of the workplace, including warehouse washing, when necessary; * Support production processes in the following areas as needed: Testing/Electrical, Transformers, Mechanical, Insulation, Modeling, Machining, Boiler Making, Washing and Painting, Impregnation and Bandaging, Winding and Cutting and Cleaning, Bobbin Winding; * Strictly comply with production cell reporting requirements.
