Located in Brumadinho (MG) since 2006, Inhotim is a non-profit organization funded by ticket sales, event hosting, and donations from individuals and legal entities — either directly or through Federal and State Cultural Incentive Laws. Its landscapes across 140 hectares of visitor area offer guests a unique experience blending art and nature. Over 500 people collaborate daily to keep this entire infrastructure running. Join us! **Responsibilities and Duties** **This person will be responsible for:** * Implementing technical procedures for the correct use of phytosanitary inputs; * Ensuring appropriate use of PPE and hygiene practices after applications; * Establishing environmentally safe equipment washing and waste disposal workflows; * Reorganizing and maintaining control over product entry, exit, expiry dates, and storage; * Identifying expired products and arranging disposal per environmental regulations; * Maintaining up-to-date records for input traceability; * Supporting the translation of technical recommendations from specialists into daily operational routines; * Documenting practices and assisting in consolidating knowledge management protocols; * Monitoring correct execution of activities and reporting deviations; * Providing guidance on safe environmental practices when handling inputs; * Preparing periodic reports; * Performing other related duties, as determined by immediate leadership. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Candidate Profile:** * Completed technical course in Environmental Science or related fields; * Prior experience required in: implementing field environmental routines; handling, controlling, and storing chemical inputs; inventory management and product organization; * Previous experience in phytosanitary management, agriculture, large-scale gardening, or nurseries; * Knowledge of hazardous waste and pesticide packaging disposal regulations; * Excellent interpersonal skills. **Additional Information** **About the Position:** * **Temporary contract with an expected duration of 3 months**; * CLT employment regime; * Health insurance, dental plan, transportation benefits, meal allowance, cultural allowance, Wellhub, life insurance. #### **Inhotim** Inhotim is a Museum of Contemporary Art and Botanical Garden, located in Brumadinho (MG) since 2006\.
