Raja Gabáglia, 2280 \- Cidade Jardim, Belo Horizonte \- MG * Work Model: On-site * Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Compensation and Benefits:** * Base salary of R$1\.800,00 * Commissions * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance: R$400,00 per month on average * Employment type: CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **About the Law Firm** A law firm specializing strategically in Labor Law, dedicated to defending workers' rights. Responsibilities include managing leads from initial contact through contract closing, ensuring clear communication, accurate information, and conversion focus. **Main Responsibilities:** * Strategic lead handling and qualification * Clear and accessible explanation of labor rights and feasibility of legal actions * Leading the negotiation process through to contract closing * Recording and tracking interactions in CRM * Conducting proactive follow-ups * Goal-, metric-, and results-oriented work **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree or law student * Strong communication skills, persuasive ability, and empathy in client service * Ability to interact effectively with people and conduct negotiations * Organizational and disciplined use of CRM and lead tracking * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles * Experience as a Legal Closer or in labor law will be considered a competitive advantage Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Commission * Transportation allowance
