Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible, organized, and ethical individual to handle public, visitor, and supplier service, with emphasis on communication and professional conduct. Respectful and professional environment **WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:** * Possesses strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and discretion in service; * Is responsible, ethical, and organized, acting with confidentiality; * Easily interacts with the public, accurately guiding employees, visitors, and suppliers; * Demonstrates confidence and sound judgment to appropriately intervene in cases of internal policy violations; * Acts courteously, maintaining a respectful and professional environment; * Pays attention to detail and is committed to routines and procedures. **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:** * Public, visitor, supplier, and partner service; * Telephone service and call routing; * Issuance and management of responsibility agreements, such as locker keys and ID badges; * Notifying employees for meal pickup; * Registration and control of employee entry and exit via system; * Generating reports and managing system access grants and revocations; * Managing locker room locker users; * Managing keys, verifying proper usage, and checking availability of empty lockers. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Completed high school education; * Easy access to the **Betim** region; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience in public service and telephone service; * Courses in administration, public service, or reception will be considered an advantage.
