**Position Objective**
Work **technically and operationally** to execute and control Human Resources Administration processes, ensuring correct application of labor, social security, and tax legislation, as well as compliance with legal deadlines and institutional policies of the Chavantes Group.
The professional will be responsible for **executing, verifying, and analyzing complex Human Resources Department routines**, supporting units in applying labor regulations, and contributing to the standardization of operational processes.

The Chavantes Group is a third-sector institution managing public health services across several Brazilian states, currently employing approximately **5\.000 CLT employees**, in addition to contractors and partners, with a corporate headquarters responsible for centralized management of Human Resources Administration processes.
**Main Responsibilities**
Human Resources Department Routines
* **Execute onboarding, personnel movements, vacation, leaves of absence, timekeeping, and terminations;**
* **Process and verify payroll;**
* **Calculate and verify labor and social security charges;**
* **Manage and calculate benefits.**
* **Control, calculate, and monitor timekeeping and overtime bank;**
* **Prepare reports for accountability and explanatory notes;**
* **Execute and verify accruals;**
* **Conduct salary studies, wage adjustment differences, etc.;**
* **Attend hearings as a legal representative;**
* **Monitor leaves of absence, issue CATs (Work Accident Communication Forms), etc.;**
* **Execute and monitor indicators such as absenteeism, turnover, etc.**
* **Prepare annual budget;**
* **Plan and monitor annual vacations;**
* **Apply and monitor collective bargaining agreements and collective agreements;**
* **Implement new units (with possibility of travel);**
* **Decommission units (with possibility of travel);**
* **Mass terminations;**
* **And other activities requiring technical expertise and knowledge expected of a Senior Analyst.**
**Position Responsibilities**
* Process and perform critical verification of payroll, labor charges, and ancillary obligations;
* Ensure compliance with legal and institutional deadlines;
* Analyze payroll events and identify inconsistencies or labor and tax impacts;
* Correctly apply collective bargaining agreement and collective agreement rules in operational routines;
* Perform system payroll configuration and adjustments;
* Support implementation of new systems and new units;
* Manage operational relationships with system vendors;
* Provide technical support to units regarding Human Resources Department routines.
**Education and Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or Law;
* Advanced Excel skills;
* Solid experience in Human Resources Department routines;
* Experience in payroll system configuration;
* Up-to-date knowledge of labor and social security legislation.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Familiarity with Benner, Sênior, Control I, and Sisqual systems;
* Experience implementing payroll systems;
* Experience working in a corporate environment serving multiple units;
* Basic knowledge of job evaluation, compensation, and union relations.
**Experience Requirement**
Minimum of **05 years of experience** in Human Resources Department, including handling complex routines and implementing/configuring payroll systems.
