




Job Summary: As an Accounts Receivable Assistant at Meep, you will be responsible for invoice collections, customer support, and delinquency negotiation, operating in an innovative environment. Anytime, anywhere! **Day-to-day at Meep:** Collect outstanding invoices; Provide support to customers, partners, and internal teams; Negotiate delinquency with customers; Issue, update, and clear bank slips; Unlock customer portals; Participate in department meetings; Interact with internal and external customers. **Technical Competencies:** Technical course in Administration or Accounting; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint); Experience with Microsoft Excel. **Behavioral Competencies:** Distributed attention; Verbal and written communication; Discretion/Confidentiality; Results-oriented; Resilience. Work location: Floresta \- BH/MG.
