Focus on proactivity and service quality About the Opportunity We are looking for a Customer Success Assistant to serve as the central point of contact for customer service and relationship management with the office's clients. This professional will be responsible for organizing, directing, and tracking customer requests, ensuring service quality, prompt responses, and monitoring deliverables. **Important:** This is not an administrative or secretarial position. The role requires proactivity, organization, and active tracking of requests and customer satisfaction. Main Responsibilities Provide first-level customer support (phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail) Receive and route calls and requests to internal stakeholders Track the progress of requests with the team Conduct follow\-ups after interactions to ensure resolution of requests Monitor whether requests have been addressed or remain pending Track customer satisfaction Support client retention and relationship management with the portfolio **Requirements:** Experience in customer service, relationship management, or active reception Strong verbal and written communication skills Organization and request tracking abilities Proactivity in tracking and following up on internal responses Preferred Qualifications Experience in accounting firms Knowledge of administrative routines Experience handling multiple clients Behavioral Profile Communicative and friendly individual Organized with attention to detail Proactive (not merely forwarding requests but actively tracking them) Strong sense of responsibility Ability to handle diverse situations and customers Benefits **Location:** Prado neighborhood, Belo Horizonte/MG **Company:** Accounting Firm **Compensation:** R$ 2\.000 to R$ 2\.500 **Employment Type:** CLT **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) **Work Mode:** On-site
