Junior Recruitment and Selection Analyst Drogaria Araujo, the largest Pharma Retail chain in Minas Gerais, is seeking a Junior Recruitment and Selection Analyst!! * Work Location: Contagem – MG * Work Model: 100% on-site * Employment Type: CLT * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM | Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Main Responsibilities** * Lead end-to-end recruitment processes (from profile alignment to hiring); * External recruitment and selection for the Distribution Center; * Internal recruitment and selection, as well as internal assessments; * Handle a high volume of operational job openings; * Post job openings on internal and external platforms; * Develop and monitor talent attraction campaigns; * Support onboarding and internal mobility (e.g., promotions); * Participate in departmental projects and suggest process improvements; * Monitor job opening demands and conduct talent hunting when necessary. **Skills and Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields; * Prior experience in recruitment and selection, especially high-volume recruitment; * Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and interpersonal abilities; * Ability to meet deadlines and focus on results; Compensation: Starting at R$3.000,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Commercial agreements and discounts * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Questions: * Do you have easy access to Cidade Industrial in Contagem? * Are you aware this position is temporary? * What is your salary expectation?
