Recruitment and Selection Assistant Drogaria Araujo, the largest Pharma Retail Chain in Minas Gerais, is seeking a Recruitment and Selection Assistant!! * Work Location: Contagem – MG * Work Model: 100% on-site * Employment Type: CLT \- Temporary * Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM \| Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct recruitment and selection processes; * External recruitment and selection for the Distribution Center; * Handle a high volume of operational job openings; * Post job openings on internal and external platforms; * Create and monitor talent attraction campaigns; * Schedule admission medical examinations; * Verify candidate documentation; * Participate in departmental projects, suggesting process improvements; * Monitor job opening demands and conduct talent hunting. **Skills and Requirements** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related fields; * Prior experience in recruitment and selection, especially high-volume recruitment; * Excellent communication skills, proactivity, and interpersonal skills; * Ability to work under deadlines and focus on results; Compensation: R$2\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Free parking * Profit-sharing program * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have easy access to Cidade Industrial in Contagem? * Are you aware that this position is temporary? * What is your salary expectation?
