We are looking for someone with a process-oriented mindset, leadership capability, firm posture, and the ability to transform routine into organizational culture. **Responsibilities** * Structure and standardize HR processes across group companies; * Lead strategic recruitment and selection; * Implement and monitor probation periods and evaluations; * Develop internal policies and performance indicators; * Manage job classification, roles, and responsibilities; * Support leaders in team management; • Payroll reconciliation; • Benefits implementation and maintenance; • Turnover control and indicator reporting; * Monitor organizational climate and professional development. **Requirements** * Proven experience in HR management; * Leadership and decision-making capability; * Organization, professionalism, and strategic vision; * Knowledge of labor legislation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in automotive or industrial sector companies; * Experience building HR functions from scratch; * Experience with KPIs and goal-based management. **What We Offer** * A growing work environment; * Professional growth within the group; * Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
