Create materials and presentations for strategic initiatives within the department. Lead pipeline review and partner relationship meetings. Monitor metrics, updates, and maintenance of the Partner Pipeline. Support the planning and execution of events and the Partnerships calendar. Contribute to the implementation of strategic projects. Manage and organize departmental documentation, ensuring contracts and agreements remain up to date. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree completed or in final stages in Administration, Communications, Marketing, or related fields. Proficiency in Google Docs (presentations and spreadsheets), Excel, and PowerPoint—especially for material creation. Familiarity with pipeline/process management tools such as Pipefy and HubSpot. Basic knowledge of the Real Estate Market **or** prior experience in B2B routines (partnerships or sales). Clear communication skills and ease in leading meetings. Commercial mindset combined with strategic business vision. Organized, curious, proactive individual with strong execution sense.
