We look forward to receiving exceptional candidates like you! **Responsibilities and Duties** As a Planning Assistant, you will... **As a Planning Assistant, you will be responsible for:** * Participating in handover meetings for new projects, assisting in drafting coordination standards and related documentation; * Supporting Project Managers in preparing and finalizing Measurement Bulletins for submission to clients, as well as tracking updates to document lists and pending items; * Preparing monthly project status reports, and organizing, updating, and maintaining documentation in project folders; * Assisting in monitoring periodic meetings (weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly) with the technical team and management, being responsible for preparing meeting minutes; * Tracking, together with the Project Manager, physical, economic, and financial performance indicators of contracts; * Monitoring area control demands, such as contractual adjustments, performance indicators (IDP and IDC), and project status; * Developing, updating, and monitoring project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera; * Assisting in time entry and control within the system, as well as monitoring employees’ timesheets. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Business Administration. * Familiarity with planning tools MS Project and Primavera; * Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel at intermediate level; * Strong communication skills; * Proactivity in performing tasks; * Interpersonal skills fostering a favorable environment for the project team and stakeholders, reflecting trust, loyalty, commitment, and respect; * Systemic vision of projects. **Additional Information** **Benefits Offered by LYNX Process:** * Competitive remuneration; * Co-payment health insurance plan; * Co-payment dental insurance plan; * Meal allowance and/or food allowance with no payroll deduction; * Transportation allowance or company-provided transportation; * Life insurance; * Gympass; * Vitta (health and wellness); * Partnerships with educational institutions offering discounts for employees and dependents; * Discounts at partner stores and service providers; * Continuous professional development; * Collaborative work environment. **DISCOVER A WORLD OF OPPORTUNITIES AT LYNX PROCESS!** If technology is your passion and you seek a dynamic environment filled with challenging projects at leading Brazilian companies and abroad, then you are about to find the perfect place: LYNX PROCESS!
