Strategic collaboration with marketing and sales teams **Job Objective:** Lead and coordinate the merchandising team, ensuring efficient execution of product display strategies, retail point organization, and implementation of promotional activities to maximize visibility of our brands and boost sales. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage and lead the merchandising team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and promoting professional development; * Plan, organize, and execute merchandising strategies, ensuring brand consistency across retail points; * Develop timelines and action plans for promotional campaigns and product launches; * Monitor merchandising material stock levels and request replenishment when necessary; * Analyze performance metrics (sales, product exposure, inventory turnover) and propose improvements; * Conduct periodic visits to retail points to ensure correct implementation of strategies; * Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations teams to align market strategies and actions; * Prepare results reports and present insights to company leadership; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and brand visual standards. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Advertising, or related fields; * Prior experience in merchandising, trade marketing, or commercial areas; * Experience leading teams; * Data analysis and performance metrics analysis skills; * Strong communication, organizational, and planning abilities; * Willingness to travel. * Own vehicle required **Desired Competencies:** * Proactivity and decision-making ability; * Strategic vision and results orientation; * Negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills; * Creativity to develop distinctive merchandising initiatives **Benefits:** Fuel allowance + Meal voucher + Life insurance + Birthday day off + Performance evaluation Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: Starting from R$2.850,00 per month Work location: On-site
