Job Summary: Mechanical Coordinator to lead mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring operational efficiency and continuity of production processes, coordinating teams and driving continuous improvement. We are seeking a **Mechanical Coordinator** to lead mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring equipment operational efficiency and continuity of production processes. This professional will be responsible for coordinating the technical team, planning and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as driving continuous process improvement. **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the mechanical maintenance team, assigning tasks and tracking performance; * Plan and supervise preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance; * Ensure equipment availability and proper functioning; * Monitor maintenance KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, etc.); * Conduct failure analysis and implement improvements; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal procedures; * Manage resources, materials, and spare parts; * Support the technical development of the team. **Requirements:** * Technical or higher education degree in Mechanics, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in industrial mechanical maintenance; * Experience leading teams; * Knowledge of maintenance management; * Availability to work rotating shifts. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in industrial environments; * Knowledge of TPM, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement; * Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS). **Behavioral Competencies:** * Leadership and people management; * Organization and planning; * Proactivity and sense of urgency; * Strong communication and decision-making skills.
