Promote team engagement and continuous development Description: Lead the delivery of TOTVS ERP solutions (Protheus, RM, Datasul) focused on the Supply, Manufacturing, and Logistics segments, ensuring customer success, adherence to timelines, budgets, and scope, and portfolio financial health. Your role is to own the project, mobilizing teams and resources to transform contracts into tangible results and lasting customer satisfaction. Responsibilities and Duties WHAT YOU WILL DO: * Lead and manage high-complexity ERP implementation projects, ensuring execution within agreed timelines, budget, and scope. * Act as the focal point for customer and internal/external stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear and transparent communication of results. * Monitor and manage project financial health (ROL, Margin, EBITDA), identifying risks and opportunities for new services. * Ensure adherence to the TOTVS Implementation Methodology (MIT) and industry best practices (PMI/Agile). * Promote team engagement by providing guidance and support for continuous development. Requirements and Qualifications WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU: * Completed Bachelor's degree, preferably in relevant fields; * Experience in Project Management within the Industry/Manufacturing/Supply sector; * Experience and expertise in TOTVS ERPs; * Proficiency in MS Project; * Knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, PMBOK, Agile \- Scrum/Kanban); * Understanding of project financial indicators (ROL, Margin, EBITDA). * Availability for hybrid work, including on-site presence with clients in Belo Horizonte and surrounding areas. 2511210202471881648
