Job Summary: Responsible for supervising logistics operations, managing inventory, overseeing team incentive programs, and monitoring performance indicators. Key Highlights: 1. Supervise logistics operations and ensure inventory replenishment. 2. Manage team incentive programs and monitor KPIs. 3. Prepare procurement, cost, and consumption reports. **Responsibilities:** * Supervise logistics operations including receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, and transportation; * Ensure proper inventory replenishment for fulfillment centers to support marketplace operations; * Monitor and manage team incentive programs, adjusting targets and rules according to team profile and period objectives; * Prepare and update operational reports, presentations, and documentation; * Monitor and analyze performance indicators (e.g., carrier quality, inventory accuracy, inventory turnover, average inventory dwell time); * Prepare procurement, cost, and consumption reports to support management and decision-making. **Requirements:** * Experience in warehousing, inventory control, and order fulfillment processes; * Experience in team management. **Education:** * Completed or ongoing technical or undergraduate degree in Logistics; **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance or fuel voucher * Meal voucher (R$ 30.00/day) * Gympass **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, on-site.
