We are seeking a **Financial Coordinator** to operate strategically and operationally, ensuring financial control, economic health, and decision-making support for the company, with emphasis on logistics operations. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate routines for **accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury**; * Monitor and forecast **cash flow** (short-, medium-, and long-term); * Oversee **financial control of transportation operations**, including freight charges, tolls, fuel, fleet maintenance, surcharges, and driver advances; * Analyze **operational costs and margins per operation/client**; * Prepare and monitor **financial reports and key performance indicators (KPIs)**; * Perform bank reconciliations and verify journal entries; * Support the **monthly accounting closing** in coordination with the accounting department; * Manage banking relationships, negotiations, and credit lines; * Support the executive team in **financial planning and budgeting**; * Coordinate and guide the finance team. **Requirements** * Degree in **Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields**; * Proven experience in finance, **preferably within logistics or transportation companies**; * Solid knowledge of **cash flow management, operational costs, and financial control**; * Experience with **financial KPIs and managerial reporting**; * Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and strategic vision; * Proficiency in Excel and financial systems/ERP. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in **road freight transportation**; * Familiarity with **cost control per kilometer driven and margin per freight job**; * Experience in banking negotiations and working capital management; * Prior experience managing finance teams.
