Come revolutionize education with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Anticipate educational trends that can expand partner schools’ pedagogical repertoire, especially at the intersection of school management and its multiple fronts. Present tailored solutions to partner schools, addressing pedagogical needs beyond Bernoulli materials and encompassing all school stakeholders: students, school leadership teams, teachers, coordinators, families, and other staff. Develop complementary products aimed at deepening understanding of the Pedagogical Solutions offered by the Educational System. Enhance partner schools’ pedagogical repertoire by delivering excellence-oriented, demand-driven professional development programs. Participate in creating new educational solutions, supporting the Product Directorate. Attend pedagogical meetings, educational congresses, and fairs, preparing critical and analytical reports to inform corporate decision-making. Deliver excellence-oriented professional development aligned with Bernoulli Educational System’s pedagogical framework, targeting partner school leadership across data literacy, leadership practices, pedagogical projects, time management, performance assurance, regulatory compliance, and the human dimension of leadership. Strategically support the Commercial Directorate to decisively close contracts. Deliver internal professional development programs upon request from various Directorates. Lead institutional events, ensuring outstanding performance grounded in contemporary educational themes related to school management. Participate in strategic meetings with partner schools regarding conflict resolution and impasses concerning our Solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** Master’s degree required; Ph.D. or Doctorate in Education preferred. Driver’s license Class B, availability for travel and for driving on federal highways. Minimum five years’ experience as a teacher in Basic Education. Knowledge of school management across multiple areas: coordination, leadership, and pedagogical supervision. Proficiency in data-informed management. Time management and decision-making skills. Solid knowledge of national regulations: LDB (Brazilian National Education Law), BNCC (National Common Curricular Base), and the National Education Plan. Studies on leadership. School management focused on performance.
