CRM management and integration of strategic indicators **INTERNAL SALES SUPERVISOR POSITION** ClickLivre Energia is a solid market player with multiple owned power plants and a focus on modern, sustainable, and affordable solutions. We are expanding and seeking an **Internal Sales Supervisor** to lead, develop, and boost the performance of our commercial team. **Responsibilities** * Conduct ongoing *coaching* with the team to foster a motivating environment focused on skill development; * Monitor and review team sales *calls* and *follow\-ups*, providing *feedbacks* and highlighting process improvements; * Ensure excellence in relationship management with sales representatives and monitor the defined sales funnel; * Implement and manage the CRM, integrating strategic indicators with marketing (Inbound); * Develop the **commercial playbook**, standardizing sales operations. **Requirements** * Completed bachelor's degree; * Advanced Excel knowledge; * CRM experience (Kommo, RD Station, or HubSpot preferred); * Proficiency in analyzing metrics from **GoogleADS** and **MetaADS**. **What We Offer** * Fixed salary \+ commission * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Employment type: CLT \| Full-time \| On-site Job type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$6\.000,00 \- R$8\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
