Job Summary:
The professional will control and organize occupational safety technical documents, support inspections, and assist in safety training and campaigns.

**Working Hours:** 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM

**Requirements:**
· Completed or ongoing Technical Course in Occupational Safety.
· **Driver's License Category B.**
**Description of duties to be performed:**
· Control and organize occupational safety technical documents;
· Develop checklists, spreadsheets, and operational reports;
· Accompany supervised technical visits to clients to support inspections and recordkeeping;
· Support the organization of safety training and campaigns;
· Assist in monitoring deadlines and renewal of mandatory client documents;
· Schedule and update internal consultancy systems;
· Perform operational tasks related to the department.
**Required Skills:**
· Basic knowledge of **Regulatory Standards (NRs)** and occupational safety principles;
· Basic knowledge of **use, control, and registration of PPEs**;
· Ability to **complete checklists, forms, and reports**;
· Proficiency in **Microsoft Office suite** (Word, Excel);
· Organization of technical documents and physical/digital files;

· Knowledge of **Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems** (e.g., ISO 45001\);
· Experience using **digital tools** and occupational health and safety control systems (e.g., SOC);
· Prior experience in the field;
