Therefore, we seek a professional to fully assume responsibility for the office's finance function, directly engaging in structuring, controlling, and managing the operational aspects of the finance area.
This is not a position for simply "posting entries".
It is a role for someone who understands that finance must generate organization, predictability, and security to enable executive leadership to make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the complete daily financial operations of the office;
Organize and structure the company's chart of accounts;
Process accounts payable and manage payment deadlines;
Prepare managerial financial reports for presentation to executive leadership;
Create and maintain financial control spreadsheets and information validation tools;
Reconcile financial entries and bank transactions;
Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial obligations;
Support executive leadership with strategic financial information and key performance indicators;
Organize financial documents and ensure standardization of internal processes;
Drive continuous improvement of the office's financial workflows and controls;
Interface with external accounting firms, banks, and suppliers as needed.
Essential Requirements:
Prior experience in financial and administrative routines;
Experience in corporate financial control;
Proficiency in Excel and building managerial spreadsheets;
An exceptionally organized and detail-oriented profile;
Strong analytical ability and critical thinking regarding numbers and reports;
Responsibility, discretion, and professional maturity;
Strong capability to organize processes and information;
Ease of use with financial systems and digital tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Financial BPO;
Experience in law firms;
Knowledge of income statements (DRE), cash flow statements, and financial KPIs;
Experience in structuring financial processes;
A management-oriented profile with a focus on operational improvement.
