This position is for you! We are seeking an **Industrial Electrician Assistant** eager to learn, develop technical skills, and grow alongside our team. You will support the assembly of electrical panels and cabling structures for industrial machines and equipment, directly contributing to automation and innovation projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in assembling and adjusting electrical and electronic panels according to technical instructions. * Support the installation of cable trays, ladder racks, and conduits for cable routing. * Contribute to reading and interpreting electrical drawings and schematics. * Assemble components and install and connect wires and electrical devices. * Perform basic tests and assist in identifying faults in electrical systems. * Follow instructions from engineering and supervision teams while maintaining workplace organization and safety. **Requirements** * Basic knowledge of electricity, automation, and electrical control systems. * Completed or ongoing technical course in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Electrotechnics, or related fields. * Availability to work in shifts and travel. * Basic ability to read electrical schematics is desirable. **Ideal Profile** * Proactivity and continuous willingness to learn. * Attention to detail and commitment to safety. * Ability to work collaboratively and follow technical instructions. * Interest in building a career in industrial automation. **What We Offer** * A technical and collaborative environment focused on learning and development. * Opportunities for professional growth with technical mentoring. * Participation in real and challenging industrial projects.
