Control of contractual deadlines and documentation We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support administrative routines, with a focus on the company's lease and contract management. Responsibilities: * Search for and negotiate accommodations and properties for lease according to the company's needs; * Manage and control lease contracts; * Maintain contact with property owners, real estate agencies, and suppliers, conducting negotiations when necessary; * Monitor contractual deadlines, rent adjustments, and documentation; * Update and organize Excel control spreadsheets; * Support administrative routines and internal department controls. Requirements: * Completed high school education (higher education in administrative fields currently pursued is desirable); * Intermediate or advanced Excel skills; * Prior experience in administrative routines; * Strong communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
