If you are interested in joining this team that works daily with simplicity and passion, apply to our opportunities! **Come be Plena with us!** **Responsibilities and duties** Operate and monitor machines, compressors, pumps, boilers, and other equipment in the machine room; Perform periodic inspections on systems and equipment; Monitor pressure, temperature, levels, and other operational indicators; Identify failures and report irregularities to the maintenance team; Execute equipment start-up and shutdown procedures; Complete operational reports and records; Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures; Support preventive and corrective maintenance when required. **Requirements and qualifications** Completed high school education; A technical course is an advantage; Experience operating machine rooms or industrial areas; Basic knowledge of industrial mechanics, electricity, or refrigeration; Availability to work rotating shifts. **Additional information** **At Plena, you will find:** Meals provided at the workplace.
