**Responsibilities and duties*** Develop and review command and control projects for high-power transformers, ensuring performance, reliability, and compliance with technical standards;
* Analyze technical scopes and specifications from clients and suppliers, supporting the preparation of commercial proposals and technical reports;
* Manage client relationships, leading discussions regarding commercial add-ons, scope adjustments, and technical solutions;
* Design, verify, and optimize electrical and electronic circuits, incorporating up-to-date market technologies and practices;
* Specify monitors, accessories, and components applicable to transformers, including defining alphanumeric codes for use in projects and procurement processes;
* Diagnose existing projects and propose improvements or complete redesigns as required by client needs;
* Develop structural designs for control panels (individual and for transformer banks), including material selection for manufacturing;
* Design and implement communication networks for command and control systems, using up-to-date market protocols;
* Interpret and enhance existing projects with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and compliance with technical requirements;
* *Use SolidWorks Electrical software to develop projects, create libraries, single-line diagrams, multi-line diagrams, and functional blocks.*
**Requirements and qualifications** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
**Desired knowledge:**
* In-depth understanding of the operation and application of high-power transformers and their protection, command, and control systems;
* Advanced knowledge of accessories and components applicable to transformers;
* Experience with electrical design software, especially SolidWorks Electrical;
* Technical English for reading, interpreting, and developing export-oriented projects.
