We are seeking a Billing Assistant to join our team. The role involves providing support in billing routines and administrative assistance, ensuring proper registration and control of the company's financial documents and information. Main Responsibilities: * Issuing invoices and bank slips; * Verifying orders, fiscal documents, and registration data; * Supporting accounts receivable processes; * Assisting customers and suppliers with billing and collection inquiries; * Organizing and archiving fiscal documents; * Preparing spreadsheets and financial and administrative reports; * Supporting other office routines. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and possessing strong communication skills; * Preferred: knowledge of NF-e issuance and Microsoft Office (Excel) Working Hours: * Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
