




Job Summary: Responsible for managing preventive maintenance schedules, customer service, logging and routing service requests, and controlling equipment in the workshop. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for monitoring preventive maintenance schedules, receiving service requests via phone or WhatsApp, logging and routing requests to technicians by region, opening and closing service orders, tracking service execution, and controlling equipment in/out movements in the workshop, ensuring accurate logging and organization for internal control. Mandatory Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, customer service experience, and typing proficiency.
