Stock organization and workstation arrangement Work schedule: 4:00 PM to 12:20 AM, with a 1-hour break A professional responsible for food preparation, sanitation, organization, assembly, cleaning, and food production across various kitchen departments. Correctly operate kitchen equipment (bain-marie, exhaust hoods, refrigerated worktables, etc.); Check the operation of cold rooms and freezers; Always perform PVP’S; Organize and clean the workstation; Verify the expiration date of all products; Wash and sanitize all equipment; Organize dry stock; Remove waste generated during operations.
