Senior HR Analyst

Job Summary: This professional will support strategies in Talent Acquisition and Selection, organizational culture, climate and engagement initiatives, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) programs. Key Highlights: 1. Lead end-to-end recruitment processes. 2. Contribute to candidate experience and organizational culture. 3. Support training, development, and performance evaluation initiatives. Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * Support the execution of Talent Acquisition and Selection strategies by leading end-to-end recruitment processes (job profile alignment, job posting, screening, interviews, and assessment reports); * Contribute to candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and alignment with leadership throughout the process; * Support organizational culture initiatives, contributing to the dissemination of values and behaviors; * Implement climate and engagement initiatives, including survey administration and support in organizing results; * Assist in tracking action plans with leadership; * Support the execution of training, development, and performance evaluation cycles; * Assist in organizing learning paths and development initiatives; * Support consolidation of data and information related to performance; * Contribute to implementing DE&I actions and programs; * Support organizing awareness campaigns, trainings, and related initiatives; * Assist in collecting and organizing HR metrics (turnover, climate, performance, and recruitment); * Contribute to preliminary analysis and identification of improvement opportunities; * Collaborate with leadership to provide support on people management topics.
