Job Summary: An IT infrastructure and information security professional to support operations, monitor systems, implement security policies, and contribute to area improvements and projects. Track departmental goals and KPIs, contributing to operational efficiency. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide mid-complexity technical support to resolve various operational issues; * Monitor systems, servers, and networks to detect, escalate, and resolve issues, ensuring infrastructure continuity; * Track departmental goals and KPIs, analyzing processes to improve operational efficiency; * Investigate operational failures and contribute to developing action plans and improvements; * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure service continuity; * Implement information security policies to protect data assets; * Apply procedures and controls to ensure physical and logical infrastructure security; * Analyze and manage security incidents, taking necessary actions per internal standard procedures; * Install software to support departmental operations per established standards; * Support external partner service engagements, monitoring their performance and related matters; * Participate in other IT department projects, proposing and implementing infrastructure improvements; * Contribute to developing new solutions or enhancing existing ones; Support management in developing knowledge pathways and preparing high-performance teams; * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Networking, Cybersecurity, or related fields; Relevant experience in IT infrastructure, information security, or related areas. * **Additional Information** With **31 years** of operation in the transportation market, we recognize our commitment across multiple dimensions—social, environmental, and economic.
