Responsibilities and Duties * Provide direct and personalized client service; * Actively engage in contract closing and legal solution prospecting; * Draft procedural documents, technical opinions, and appeals across various judicial instances; * Conduct hearings and monitor the progression of judicial and administrative proceedings; * Lead strategic negotiations and mediation sessions; * Rigorously manage deadlines and organize office documentation. Requirements * Completed undergraduate degree in Law with active registration at the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Practical experience in labor and social security law; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with legal practice management systems; * Preferred: Completed or ongoing postgraduate studies in Labor Law or Social Security Law.
